MFT ASSOCIATE (#107050)
Employed and Supervised by Dr. Sam Rader, Ph.D.
Ariel brings warm, calming energy that is grounding for her clients on their therapy journey. She believes everyone has a unique story to be heard and that it is her purpose to listen. Ariel advocates for empathy, self-reflection, time in nature and meditation as the recipe for lasting self-acceptance and inner peace.
Ariel offers a holistic approach, exploring the psychological, emotional, spiritual and physical aspects of her client’s lives. She uses depth therapy to dig deep and uncover the past as a mirror to the present. She helps to locate and loosen the psychological knots tied to old patterns, in order to help her clients integrate new ways of being.
Ariel treats individuals with depression, anxiety, interpersonal relationships, trauma, personality disorders, chronic pain, life transitions and grief & loss. She enjoys working with adolescents, families and adults.
As a bilingual Spanish speaking therapist with two different cultures of origin, Ariel welcomes diversity and the awareness how culture may influence a person’s life.
Ariel received her Masters in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. In addition to her focus in depth work, she also completed clinical training in parent-child interaction therapy and trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy.
