Kristine provides a safe, warm container for her clients with compassion and firm loving boundaries. She has faith in the beauty of what can unfold within a supportive therapeutic relationship, and she aims to convey to her clients: “All of you is welcome.”


With a background in teaching yoga, Kristine incorporates mindfulness, movement, somatic healing, breath work and inner child work as a part of the therapeutic process. 


Kristine is passionate about supporting people as they move out of suffering and limitation into accessing a depth of inner wisdom and wholeness.

Kristine works with individuals, couples, children, and families in a manner that feels alive, creative, joyful, connected and transformational. She is particularly passionate about helping spiritual women who identify as over-achievers and are ready to finally receive some of the care they have so generously given.


Kristine received her Masters in Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Phillips Graduate Institute. She is also a Certified Vinyasa Yoga instructor. She has additional trainings and certifications in Mindfulness, Trauma-Informed Yoga and Somatic Practices.
