Marielle embodies a gentle, intuitive approach to psychotherapy. She strives to treat the whole person, by honoring the individuality and uniqueness of each client. She empowers her clients to trust themselves, by drawing upon the innate wisdom and healing potential of the psyche. Marielle builds a collaborative relationship with clients by embodying warmth, curiosity, and empathy, to uncover some of the root causes of suffering. Marielle also is focused on supporting her client to reach their unique goals, hopes and dreams.
Marielle has clinical experience working with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, low self-esteem, codependency, addiction, and body image issues. Marielle enjoys working with adolescents and young adults to navigate a complex world and to develop a sense of identity that is in alignment with their authentic selves. Her previous career in the entertainment industry also gives her special insight into working with industry professionals and other artists.
Marielle earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University Los Angeles, with a focus on spiritual and depth psychology. She received additional clinical training at the prestigious Maple Counseling Center in Los Angeles, and the Institute for Creative Mindfulness where Marielle trained in EMDR therapy.
