MFT ASSOCIATE (#114569)
Employed and Supervised by Dr. Sam Rader, Ph.D.
Veronica invests in creating a warm and authentic relationship with her clients. While challenging them to grow, she encourages them to stand in their knowing and connect to their own source of power. She helps her clients discover their authentic values and aids them to live in tandem with those values, so that their inner world and outer world can harmonize.
Veronica was trained in narrative therapy before embracing depth psychology. From her narrative background, she continues to help clients break away from rigid societal norms and release any shame about being the truest version of themselves. Veronica believes that each individual is inherently “enough” and capable of wholeness. She supports her clients’ process of becoming via integrating psychoanalytic, narrative and art therapy.
Veronica studied visual arts with an emphasis in painting at Parsons School of Design in New York City before earning her Masters in Psychology at Antioch University. She loved and valued Antioch’s focus on social justice and the process-oriented experience in the classroom.
Having grown up in Venice Beach Los Angeles, Veronica feels most at peace near the water. She is devoted to fostering rescue animals, especially senior dogs, until they find their forever homes.
